Eliza Scanlen as Amma in HBO’s Sharp Objects
Some girlfriends and I recently binge-watched HBO’s Sharp Objects. The acting was superb (Emmy’s please) and the visuals were dreamy. It had a bit of Lolita, The Virgin Suicides and Little Women on top of a thrilling, unnerving murder mystery. And of course who can forget the real star of the series, that gorgeous de Gournay wallpaper.
Although a bit slow at times, I highly recommend staying in there until the very end… it’s good!
